6.5CM and 140gr A-Max

I picked up some 140gr a-max for my 6.5 creedmoor. The box of bullets says for 7.5 twist. Will my 8 twist shoot them. I dont think it will be any trouble, but i paid a pretty penny for these bullets and i can take them back and trade them for some sierra 123's if i dont open the box. What do you think? Lee

They will work just fine in an 8 twist. They are what i shoot in my 8 twist and they are fine. Load them up over some H4350 and you'll be all set.

I thought so but i also thought i better check first! Freak-n 40 bucks for a box of bullets! I HATE OBAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lee

Bob Wards here has Hornady bullets for $50+ a box. Midway has them for $20something. so much for buying local.

but i agree. your 8 twist will work with any of the 140s and the 142 SMK
