Gunsmithing 6.5prc in a Remington 700 SA mag reciever

I have a SA mag 700 action just laying around that I'm looking at building into a 6.5 PRC. Is it possible to use this action shooting the hornady 147 eld-m bullets or possibly the new berger 156 eol bullets without a bunch of issues will be using the ARC mags possibly or accurate mags without the binder plate.

You’ll probably have to notch the feed ramp to clear the coal of 6.5 prc and run well with roomy mags like the ARC mags

I've built a few. Like SteelH said above just notch a half moon in the feed ramp.
