The same place you can find unicorn tears...

Honestly Jim, I wouldn't worry about the Ti, just run a standard action and get a carbon wrap barrel. It will be light as a mofo with that!

McMillan Remington Classic, standard fill.
#2 barrel from the maker of your choice at 23"
Rem 700 SA action, with BDL or ADL bottom metal
Talley lightweight low mounts

Should be right at 8# all up (assuming your scope isn't too heavy)

It'll be hard to make 8# with the light varmint barrel
