Hey everyone, haven't seen an official 6.8 load thread so I thought I'd get the ball rolling. If you have a 6.8 load, please post it here.

SSA brass
110gr. Hornady V-MAX
CCI 41 primers
AA2200 29.5gr.
2.300 OAL

This is the go to load for a lot of people nowadays, gets most people in the mid 2700 range, which is where I think my uncle's 6.8 is at, but I didn't chrono it. This is out of a 16" AR Performance upper. What are you guys shooting out of your 6.8's?

Re: 6.8SPC Loads

SSA Brass
Fed 205
100 GR Accubond
28.5 RL 10X
2.255"

I have killed many of deer with that load. I also use Barnes 95GR TTSX too with the same load.

2.295</div></div>

The 90tnt load averaged 2888. I only crono'd 5 though.
If I go to 29.5 gr rl7. I get 2912 average w/ good accuracy. I back it off to 29.3(to help save brass a bit) and throw from powder thrower

I didnt chrono the 115 with aa2200

But the 115g bullets with 28gr of h322 got me 2488fps

This is out of a 16" arp barrel

Those are some good numbers you got with the 90 TNT, pretty much what I'm looking at with the 95gr. TTSX out of a 20" barrel. Still working on this load though. your 115 numbers seem a little low, I'm pretty sure you'd get better results with AA2200.

Re: 6.8SPC Loads

I hope the aa2200 loads are around 2600. I don't use h322 anymore. I got lazy and stopped taking my chrono every time. I have a lot of loads for different rifles that I need to check velocity so maybe ill pack it next time

Re: 6.8SPC Loads

Ran test today using H322, and 28gr behind a 115SMK is .8's , that's using Rem brass & CCI LR primers and an eotech. I have 1000 rds of SSA 85gr, packed away for my Wilson Combat 6.8, and Addax Tactical, haven't fired a round from them yet, but my DD 6.8 likes the H322 as well. H322, and H335 works best for my 10 twist guns, dunno about my 11 twist yet.

Re: 6.8SPC Loads

Mine is a 10 twist gun as well. I have picked up some H322 as well to try out in mine as I have read some great results with folks using it. Anyone tried any CFE-223 in the 6.8 yet?

Re: 6.8SPC Loads

I'd try H322 Rusty, just do an OCW load workup. I picked up some 110 s pro hunters, and will be working with h335, and h322 to try to get an accurate load out of. I have a NIN wilson C, 1/11, aNIB AddaxTac with 18"BHW neither have ever been shot. I like my 10 twist DD, and RRA for hunting with h322
