6 creedmoor first outing

first time out with a new setup and was wondering if you guys could give me any clues as to which way to go with this new round for me...these were loaded right off the lands and the powder was H4350. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like it is going to be a good one. If you don't mind, where did you get brass and dies for reloading? I am seriously looking at chambering for this caliber but want a good source for components.

I'd go with 43grs if you're not getting any pressure signs. What bullet are you shooting? That was at 100yds, right, not 50ft? haha

GAP might have some brass left or McCourt should have some, to. I had Hornady make me custom FL & NS dies.

Hornady dies and brass were sourced from McCourt a few months back just didn't have the time to get the barrel chambered up and the rifle bedded till now. They were loaded with 105 gr hybrids and yes they all were shot at 100 yards. I didn't have any pressure signs at 43grs and they were still clocking a hair below 3,000 fps.

How long is your barrel? I get and avg of 3144 with 41.6grs H4350 with 105 Hornadys. 3052 with the same amount and coated 115DTACs.

Barrel finished out right at 27. The loads were clocked with a borrowed magneto chrono so I wouldn't stake my life on those numbers as it was my first time using it.
