6mm GT action

Building a 6GT on an MDT chassis. I already have a 26” Shillen barrel that is threaded for Remage with a barrel nut. Wondering what action I should run so it feeds with AICS type mags. This is a fun gun as I don’t compete. I was looking at the Mack Bros Evo II stainless with the DBM cut. Would this work for me?

I haven’t run a lot of actions, and only one with the 6GT, but I would expect most new actions to run just fine, but I would recommend the ARC mags.

I had one mag, forget if it was AICS or MDT, but it wasn’t happy with the GT.

With the ARC mags, I haven’t had an issue.

I think others have expressed the same thing with the ARC mags.

There’s a 6GT thread here with a metric fuck ton of data and I believe it was discussed ad nauseum in the thread.

I am very happy with my EVO I from Mack Bros, still a extemely good value for the action you get for the price. Would not hesitate to pick one up if I was in your shoes.
