7 SAUM in AICS mag

Hello,

I’m chambered for 7 SAUM in a long action. I rebarreled from a 300 WM so I kept the action. The only issue I have is the cartridges “tail dive” when working the bolt and the round isn’t picked up by the bolt face. I have to eject the mag and straighten the cartridge out so it feeds. Is there any kind of feed lip fix or something to alleviate this?

First thing I’d check is presentation height.
Saum case is a good bit fatter than win mag so may sit low and bolt is barely catching the edge and tipping it.

It’s on the way back when the bolt causes the case head to lean back in the mag. It feeds fine moving the bolt forward as long as the cartridge is flush in line with the feed lips
