7mm-08 AR10 Build

I’m looking at building an AR10 in 7mm-08. Any suggestions as to uppers, lowers, receivers and barrels? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I built an AR10 in 7mm-08 about 7-8 years ago, and the build recipe I used, has created amazing results.

Cross Machine Tool Co. upper & lower

22” 8.5:1 twist rate X-Caliber barrel.

Aero precision standard bolt, (no Lightweight parts to maintain mass in firing velocity),

I used the DPMS style build.

The accuracy is over the top. Using 168 grain VLD’s equates to 1000 yards plus easily.

Standard 139 Gr Hornady’s used at 1000 yards. Hit first shot and continued.

I highly recommend the X-Caliber barrel. Exceedingly accurate out of the box and excellent workmanship.
