So after checking the market for some good pest control loads for my 7mm ar I was not satisfied with and of the factory offerings. So I decided to load my own. Now being really new to reloading in general I went by Hodgon's manual which put me at 47.5 h4350 starting on a 100gr Sierra varmiteer. Well I made it to 50 working up in half grain increments which is the listed max but according to my exp these case heads are nowhere near pressure. Also the rounds keep getting more accurate as the charge increased, with 50gr finally going .89moa. Question is do I push it further, switch powders, leave it be? Idk... also 16 inch barreled ar10 for those that want to know why the velocity is a little low

I bet that load makes a nice fireball! I used to run varget in a bolt gun w/ the 100 grainers.

Fireball wasn't noticable in the scope anyways, has quite the ear ringing BANG to it tho.... always remember to put your muffs on children

I would move up in powder speed, H4350 is a little slow for that short of a barrel and light of a bullet. The fastest I would go is IMR 8208 or H4895/IMR4895. There is a whole slew of powders in between those and what you are using, The one that comes to mind for me is RE-15 or H414. Both are temp sensitive, so if you live up north, that may not be the option you want either. If you do live up north somewhere, I suggest looking at single base powders that are new technology like IMR 4064 with Enduron. The number is old but the technology is new. The kernels are much shorter and are coated with better burn retardants.

Added: I have yet to work with ANY of the brand new IMR/Hodgdon powders.

Added II: I also forgot to mention where I come from in my opinion of what to use with the 7mm-08. I have a 1-8" twisted 26" barrel that I shoot 168-183 gr. bullets with out to a mile. H4350 is my third choice with that bullet. RE-19 is my first and RE-17 is my second. RE-17 shows as a slower burner than H4350 but due to the double base creating more pressure, I find it to burn faster. Therefore have to use less of it.
