Had a Glock 80% lower from 80% Arms to try something different and when I went to put the locking block in it would not seat fully. Tried thermal fitting and buffing it to get it to fit but still would not seat level to allow the slide to function properly.
I emailed their customer service and they got back to me in a day, they asked for pictures which I sent and they said there was an issue and they would take care of it.
Week later I have a brand new full kit, I thought I would just get a new locking block. The new kit does not have the same issue and I was a bit surprised in a good way they sent a whole kit especially since I had already drilled and milled the first kit.
