I suspect that this case was taken by the Honorable Justice Clarence Thomas as it will give him a chance to kick Chevron deference and the ATF in the balls at the same time. So hopefully a wonderful twofer.
P.S. yes, we already expect a ruling on Chevron at any time but it likely is going to be just like Bruen with the lower courts needing a whole lot of reinforcement on how to stop being commies and get it right.
