Nicholas Cage plays a private detective who gets pulled into the world of snuff porn and almost gets snuffed. Brutal, gross, violent, but over all a pretty well done movie...if you like sick shit...and I do meean sick.

Good movie, I agree. Joaquin Phoenix puts on a much better performance than Cage. Hell, even James Gandolfini nails it (figuratively) as a low-level porn huckster.
