There isn't really this separation that people imagine between the Terror Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Salafist/Wahhabist clerics, and al Qaeda. They are all on the same team, and literally just "al Qaeda," although they have different jobs inside al Qaeda.
As far as what the CIA lady says at the end about "al Qaeda facilitator," THAT was those-Americans who used AQ like an American Foreign Legion against Russia in Afghanistan, Chechnya, the Balkans... against the Brother Leader in Libya, etc.
The Bushes- GHWB who paid al Qaeda to transform in 1985 from Afghan-based militia to a transnational jihadist org and retaliate against Ayatollah Fahdallah for the Beirut Baracks Bombing. GWB who inexplicably attacked a secular parliamentary democracy to further expand the influence of AQ-linked ideologies (resulting in Daesh).
The Clintons- including their ambassador, and also including the traitors who took a security gig, subcontracted it to the local AQ militia, and watched DVDs and played video games. And more......
The Trumps- who love that dirty Saudi cash, used the Trump International and other properties to launder it, and secured the hookup for J. Kush in the amount of $ TWO BILLY, and a Golfing Deal that's more important than receiving our dead, etc...
I'm sure he says he wasn't aware of Abu Z's "9/11 Rosetta Stone" tape either where he produced the personal cell phone numbers of the Saudi Royals most closely involved- all with a piece of Rooskie shrapnel stuck in his brain since the 80s.
They admit they deleted it, BTW.
In 2004, the 9/11 commission produced what was at the time, considered the definitive account of the attacks
and even after they watered it down to the absolute maximum, they still had to redact the 28 pages related to Saudi government involvement.
