If you from urban America, you know that violent crime increases during the summer months. Another reason for these spikes is when people are broke. Now I’m VEHEMENTLY opposed to the so called war on drugs and I am equally opposed to ignorance. So this video, along with the letter that I wrote today to the editor of the @phillyinquirer is an attempt to appeal to some of us BEFORE trauma.

With over 16 tons of cocaine being confiscated in #Philly today, this can have disastrous results in violence city wide. We are asking EVERYONE seeing this video to repost it along with the caption to just get brothers to chill for a moment.

This is not judgment, this is asking guys to lay low and do not shoot each other and potential by standers during this drought. We know how it go when bread get low, hopefully your stash will hold you over, but innocent folks need not be affected by this. You guys have the power to do so, the entire city is asking for your support.
I appreciate you all, regardless of your choice of employment but I have no respect for senseless violence. You bigger than that and let’s use this time to show that power in our own communities right now. .

The really sad thing is that LSD can be a powerful tool for the good when used in a controlled setting. An excellent read on the subject is Albert Hoffmann's book 'LSD My Problem child'. Good question. If we surmise this isn not an isolated event and that it would be one months supply for the nation (which is no doubt way low) that would be 16.5 X 12 = 198 tons. Id venture its at least double that so say 400 tons per year. 400 x 2000 (lbs p/ton)=800,000lbs 800,000 x 454 (grams in a lb) =363,200,000 or one gram for every man woman and child in the USA.

I bet its a lot higher.
