A&D FX Series Scale Power Button Feels Soft

I'm relatively new to the A&D world. I bought this FX-300i back in the fall. it has been an amazing scale and I have throughly enjoyed using it!

I have only one question: the power button on my unit is much "softer" than the other buttons on the scale. To the point where it is a little tricky to turn the scale on and off, while the other buttons are very tactile and pleasant to use.

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar, if it is just me etc... Like I said in the video, I don't really care, but I also don't want to have issues later!

Just went and checked. Mine is the same. Been using it for years with no issues.

Edit: mine is a 120. Not sure that matters. But my power button is noticeably softer and they all seem just like yours in the video.

Thanks for checking, that’s a great data point! I’m pretty sure mine has been like that the whole time…

I went and checked and mine is tactile like your others.
Never noticed it before, if you had asked I would have said they were all soft but nope, they all click a little.

I have a Fx-300 also and all my buttons click including the power.
