Afghan military-contract Martini-Henry, in .577/450M-H.
Obviously not bought as a shooter, but one of the "diamonds in the rough" at the Bagram bazaar. Most of the M-H rifles there are very obvious Khyber Pass hackjobs, but once in a while you stumble on a good one like this.
Not bad for 110 bucks.
Oh and yes, the numbers match.
