I'm not buying that its from migrants because we would see it in Arizona before Florida.

Keep in mind, with the EPA's blessing, Gates already released his genetically bioengineered mosquitoes in Texas and Florida specifically, and that he financed BioNTech's mRNA malaria vaccine that started Phase 1 clincal trials in December 2022. I'm sure that's all just coincidence though.
