Local FFL did some transfers for my PD. He is an aspiring gunsmith. I bought a bunch of parts (action, rifled blank, stock, etc) and gave them all to him. He built me a tackdriver. If you're in the area, I'd consider Leon Auger at Auger Precision Firearms. He's a real nice guy, his prices are extremely reasonable, and his finished products are top notch.
