So I picked up a leupold mk4 carry handle mount not paying attention to the fact that it is weaver and not picittiny. Thank you midwayusa for listing it as picitinney "style". Any way I have a scope with larue qd rings I'm looking to mount. I sent larue a message asking if they made one and if not if they had one to suggest. They very quickly responded with no they don't make one and no they are unaware of one on the market that will work. So I'm looking for suggestions. Smith enterprises makes one that looks promising. My only concern besides making sure its pic and not weaver is are the larue rings unique in their mounting. I didn't think so but the response from larue has me thinking. Thanks for your help.

that mount is all over, but i dont know about the rail type. i see them on ebay and midway and brownells

Larue doesn't make one, but ARMS (unfortunately) does. It is their #2 A2/AR-10 EXT Mount.

yup. i have a buddy with an A2 colt HBAR and i keep thinking i should snag one for him when i see them. ive seen them as low as $10 in the optics section but i cant swear to the rail type
