I shoot A5s and love the ability to offset the cheek piece so my head can be more vertical behind be scope... and with your head leaning less, what you’re looking at looks more level/plumb.
It’s the whole reason these cheek pieces offset left and right.
Problem with that is, when you go to shoot support side, you get screwed by the offset cheek piece.
If the cheek pieces were offered narrower as an aftermarket option, it would be like having both sides magically offset at once.
I’ve looked at it and it’s obvious it can be done and be cosmetically appealing.
Would anyone else be interested in a narrower cheek piece to fit mcmillan A series stocks?
