I know that AAC has gotten some bad reviews with its customer service etc but, I have to say my first experience with them was a good one. I sent in a AAC SD 7.62 for a new latch. I called them up, they sent a work order along with pre paid postage. It took 2 week total from the time it left my house. It’s fixed and they even repainted it where it’s been chipped. Can’t ask for much more than that

I've had a good experience with AAC with my last two suppressors. One suppressor I sent in for baffle strikes, and that one took a while (about 4 weeks turnaround time) but it was also a bit more complicated to troubleshoot with my AAC 51T flash hider that I thought had issues. The 2nd SDN-6 I sent in for the same reason as yours, the latch and from them receiving it to me getting it back was 7 days. That's pretty awesome service in my book. Both cans had been completely refinished, and the first one I sent also had a new latch and I don't even think it was bad. I like my AAC cans, the attachment system works well for me, I don't have a whole lot of shift, so all in all I'm happy from the can to the support. I also like that whenever I call, I speak to a knowledgeable individual.

thats rare, i had my AAC cyclone (my bolt gun can) to get it re-cored and services after an ungodly amount of rounds in the last 10 years, all they did was re cerekote the can and fix the endcap strikes but the baffles were still way eroded and a few strikes on the core were not fixed...I wish I could find an early OSS overlapped can
