Just setting up AB on iPad and the range card looks all jacked up...
Looks like the yardage that should be on the left is over on the right where it shouldn’t be..

Yeah, I’ve been meaning to report that. It shows up the same on my iPad Pro. @DocUSMCRetired , I reported this (with a link to this thread) through your support page. I hadn’t before, because I didn’t see a way to include an attachment. Silly me for not thinking of posting here and putting a link in the report.

Well glad it’s not just me at least

so much for having a bigger screen at the range....
Maybe I should have gotten another android lol

I bet they’ll fix it. My guess is the developers are using the simulator for iPad instead of testing on the device. QA is probably doing the same.
Hope so, otherwise I just wasted money on the app as I only bought it for this tablet...
And the fact I already own it on android doesn’t matter I learned...
I’m curious what @DocUSMCRetired has for insight , hopefully good news

That is one of the items we do have on our list to address.

The more I keep reading about this... It had apparently been well known about for six months?!?!

I'm finding other threads where you talked about this with people in October of last year?....

What the hell is going on over at AB? Are they putting out an update or do iPad users need to write the cost off as a loss and move on to Hornady or something?

Doc, just curious why something like this is taking so long to address? It seems like a significant enough issue that it should be fixed outside of the normal update cycles, call it a hot fix.

We are working on an entirely new WebSync. It is turning out to be quite nice, but still has weeks of development left.

Understood, but this iPad issue has been around since last October. Why hasn’t it been addressed outside of any other update. It needs to be fixed and yesterday is too long. I’m not trying to rude at all, just a user who can’t use my nice easy to read iPad screen so I’m forced to resort to my tiny little iPhone screen which sucks.

??? It’s been 28 days since the original post in this thread.

28 days since I purchased this for an iPad and found out about the problem, but an issue for iPad Air users since October of last year! this has been a problem noted in other post through last year.

I completely agree it’s insane to me that they are just like oh we will fix it, but we are still selling it for six months now knowing it doesn’t work correctly ....

So when is it getting fixed?

Sigh... I'd wager it's a resource management issue. When you have only so many engineers/hours, some things get pushed to the backlog (usually those with a smaller user base). Especially if they think the websync (AB Connect?) will resolve more issues (long term) than chasing DR's (discrepancy reports). This is a classic issue/challenge to managing software development and dealing with major architectural changes. It'd be nice if they just said that (if this is indeed the case), since ignoring the user base (and their frustrations) is not a particularly smart way to handle customer relations IME. But, its their show, so they make the calls...

I suspect the websync and/or AB Connect work is taking longer than they originally estimated (nothing ever goes as planned when you start integrating disparate systems).

Has anyone else noticed that the previous versions of AB included the custom drag models, but they updated the app and you now have to pay more money for the CDM's? I paid $29.99 for the app, and now you want even more money for something I had, but you removed from my app. I am very close to ditching all of my AB products, and moving to the competition. This is one of the most crooked kinds of business.
