Night Vision ? About adding a piece of pic rail to a Unity Tactical CMT mount

Curious if anyone who has one of these mounts or is familiar with them thinks that a piece of pic rail could be adapted so it could be bolted into its existing mounting holes. Potentially looking to add another device that uses a QD pic mount to it so I can flip that device to the side.

Sorry for the life of me I cannot seem to get an image of the Unity Mount to load.

I use a CTM for some setups with my Voodoo S and like it. The plate screw spacing is wide enough that you'd either need a picatinny with a wider than normal base if you wanted to use the existing holes to attach. Screw spacing is about .85ish wide for both the Voodoo and Skeet style. Optical center would end up pretty tall as the CTM is about 3/4" tall from top of picatinny to plate, and you'd have to add the top picatinny. The hinge position precludes machining a picatinny profile into the top plate itself.
