Both are great products buy with confidence. I run TPS and love the bases and rings. I used the Warne rings and they did really good just didn't like the way you had to mount them. Unless you get the tactical ones that have the side screw.
The only real screwy part about the TPS stuff is that they are really hard to get a hold of for warranty stuff. This is the reason I run all my stuff in steel not aluminum. I had my TPS stuff for over 6 months and running smooth no issues.
But to say which one well both will handle whats thrown at them. they are both tough products.
I don't have experience with either. I have a 20moa Badger Ord base on my 700 5R. Don't know what your budget is but I was always the type to buy once cry once. I also hear the night force bases are fantastic as well.
