Accuracy 1st class - what scope / scope reticle?

I'm looking at the Leupold Mark 5HD from a price point stand point for the class..

What reticle does Paul/Todd teach for their class? I'd like to choose the best reticle FOR the class to learn on.

This is first long range class/scope other than my 22lr.
