Has anyone ever heard of doing an action bedding job that adds powdered titanium to either Acra Glass or Marinetex? I know Devcon makes a "titanium putty". Many don't like it due to fast curing time and short pot life.

I'm contemplating bedding a blueprinted R700SA into a McMillan A6 Adjustable stock and adding titanium powder to the epoxy. As much as I can; 1:1, 1:2...etc.

Any pearls or pitfalls? Is it doable?

Not sure what issue you are looking to solve. The action is bolted down to 65-75 in/lb and the action is now (after bedding) supported by the epoxy. With that torque on the bolt you should not be able to crush the epoxy.
