I have an Adams Arms AR-10 and I am looking at either using a Nikon 1000 4-16 (illumnated FFP) or a Weaver 3-15 (non illuminated FFP). If I decided to get rid of my MK12 upper I can move the Leupold patrol 3-9 TMR. I have not kept up much with my .308's because I have a Begara Premier LRP and Mossberg MVP Patrol (has the Weaver in it but heavy glass) in .308 as well and have not been able to shoot them much. My Begara has a 4-16 Vortex gen 1 illuminated. It is sighted in already and I am just trying to figure out

I am just trying to figure out what path I want to take with the AR10 since my reloading and shooting will be less and less with a new baby on the way. I am currently deployed and have my AR's set up so far but adding lasers and wondering if I should add a laser to my AR-10 or Begara.

I was thinking a DMR type rifle for the AR-10, but could ring it out further. The Mossberg Patrol in .308 I need a sling for it, A bugout type rifle to go with my Daniel Defense m4gery or hunting rifle. Begara was an impulse buy that made me sell 2 stock REM 700’s not in .308.

FYI, your Adams Arms 308 is a DPMS Gen2 style form factor. A 16" 308 is an 800 yard Battle Rifle. I have the 18" 6.5 CM, Adams Arms P2.
