Gunsmithing ADL to BDL swap

I bought a nice sendero stock and BDL bottom metal to put on an ADL. It seems like the mag box is too long. how is the best way to fix that?

You need to buy a bdl mag box for $10, way easier than grinding the other down.

belt grinder.......slow and easy, fit to finish.....

Cool both seem like they will work fine. Didn't know that there was a difference between the boxes. Thanks
