AI AT Updates Coming

I seriously doubt we will ever see a SA ASR. The updates to the ASR pretty much negate any need to make a SA version.
I could be wrong, that is all speculation on my part.
Moving forward I think the options will be AT, SA AX, and ASR.

Idk if I’d define it as an “update” but I think adding a long action AT with .540 & .585 +/- bolts would sell quite well.
I think a one gun modularity system taken to the next level would be cool. They kind of already started it with the AX buttstock for the AT. It already has the best barrel change system. Would be cool to maybe change from an AT looking forend to an AX style for different applications and also keep the backend just as modular. Still probably not a huge upgrade to those that already have an AI. But those that feel like they are limited and don’t really like factory AI offerings could definitely be drawn to having more options.
A long action AT would be great, but it would be for 30-06 sized cases unless you want single column magazines. There is a reason the AWM was discontinued and the AX developed.
That said I would happily use long action AT magazines and cartridges.

An AI action in a new chassis that looks and feels like an A5 or PRS1 would be freaking amazing. That is all.
