I just had mine begin to “fail to cock” when running the bolt hard, after about 1000 rounds fired. All I adjusted from the factory was the first stage travel. Testing pull weight, it appears it was set too light at 8oz. Increasing it to 10oz fixed it.

I should add that I had the issue after blowing a bunch of primers out of no where (was shooting factory 108 ELD ammo and had a carbon ring put me over pressure). So I don't know if that contributed to it. And now that I think about it, it probably needs to cleaned.

I have a second AI comp trigger with another 1000-2000 rounds on it with zero issues.
