I just recieved my 10 rd AI mag. It sits in my badger M5 bottom metal. Here is the problem, when i load it up to capacity, and rack the first round into the chamber all goes just fine. Then when it comes to the second round, its like the magazine moved and is bound up in the well of the rifle. It takes a quick slap to get it free again. That is my major concern. Also i already dremeled a little bit of the feed lips so they stopped gouging the brass as i slammed one home. But i also fear its spring might be a little to tight because there is quite a bit of resistance on the bolt when i rack a shell in. Wondering what you guys suggest? Thanks.

Re: AI Mag Issue

I have always had problems with the 10 round mags dropping a little after the first round, It causes the bolt to glide over the top of the feed lips and not chamber the next round.

The 10 round mags just seem to lose, Anyone else have this problem.
