Precision Rifle Gear AICS AT NV mount

I'm not a fan of barrel clamping, how much effect on accuracy is there?
It’s not a clamp. The two bottom screws bolt it on from the underside of the chassis. Doesn’t touch the barrel

I’m assuming a AICS chassis is the same. I use mine on a AIAT

This is a NV mount specifically for the AT system and the forend is set up for it. You should see the two holes where the screws go from the underside of the forend

I’m not around my AT at the moment but here’s a google pic for reference. There’s 2 screws the run from underneath the forend and bolt into the nv mount. I run mine at 35 inch lbs with blue loctite.

Doesn’t interfere with spigot mounts either. I run the NV mount, anarchy spigot and RRS or sawtooth Arca on the bottom of the forend on my setups

Just need a 20 moa rail which they make for this. Then a high enough action rail on the gun/scope mount

Take a cruise through the AI picture thread here. Lots of ideas and info over the years. I’m not sure how many people use Cadex. I’m sure they’re nice. Availability of AI barrels is endless for factory takeoffs and customs.

I’ve owned the AT, ATX and AXMC. Currently have 2 AT’s. Just my preference for the AT with thumbhole stocks.

I do love the thumbhole, it was a build I did after I retired from the Army.

My LA AT, I was planning on doing a Mk13 mod 5 inspired build in 7prc.But if I can find an AX for a decent price...
