We are hunting unit 22 for deer coming up here in about a month. We havent had much time to scout and was wondering if anyone could atleast point me in the right direction. Would be willing to trade any Colorado hunting knowledge you might be looking for.

Thanks in advance

Re: Alittle Wyoming deer hunting advice

If I remember right (I don't have an area map handy), area 22 is west of highway 59 in the Bill area. There is quite a bit of government land, (BLM & Thunder Basion NGL) plus Walk In Areas.

That area is rolling hills with brush in the draws. Your best chances is walking those draws in the evening and mornings. If you find some hay fields, set up watching for deer going to and leaving from.

There are quite a bit of deer in that area, you shouldn't have any problems filling a tag. Get the BLM map for the "BILL' area and Thunder Basion National Grass lands.

Good shooting.
