That's shooting a noveske 6.5cm? My Google fu has failed me on an epic level!!! Looking for any range reports or any info on this barrel. Suppose to have .220 free bore. Seems like a lot??? This barrel seems like a unicorn...

Well if you want to jump your bullets .180 to the lands, then no that is about right. On the other hand I would say the barrel is wore out, good luck.

I emailed noveske and they told me the free bore was .220.

Don't have a 6.5, but my LR308 has .080 freebore. Think that's a lot. Plus with the bullet seated for the mag the total jump is @.175 thousandths, which I think is way too much. Either the throat is shot out or was cut a heck of a lot when chambered. Sounds excessive but haven't played with any 6.5's. Good luck

Yes I have it in hand. I haven't got around to measuring what my oal would need to be to get to the lands. I'm just a little confused as to why noveske would use a reamer with .220 free bore, also confused on why nobody knows anything about them. I guess maybe they only made a short run of them? I have yet to shoot any factory ammo through it yet.
