I have two an American Defense Mfg (ADM) Builder kit available. One has a 13.5" MLOK Handguard and the other It has a 10.75" Handguard. Otherwise, the only difference is that the 13.5" has the ADM Enhanced Reliability Buffer (which can be purchased for $66 from ADM) and spring and the 10.75" does not.

Otherwise the only things necessary to complete the rifle/pistol are:

1) Barrel
2) Trigger
3) Charging Handle
4) Muzzle Device
5) Buttstock

If you were to source this kit on your own, it would total more than $1350 before shipping.
