Question for Frank (or any previously deployed snipers). How do they do your ammo while you are deployed? Is each gun individual for its ammo or does everyone shoot the same ammo without regard for accuracy?

It's issued the same as anything else, accuracy is not an issue, it's all matched stuff, you just open a case and divide it up.
