An evening stroll through AOC’s district.

Back in 1975 I was stationed in upstate NY ,Plattsburg to be exact, I had a black roommate that kept trying to get me to go to New York city with him. I always declined, being from a fairly rual town in texas I had no desire to see a big city , I don't regret not going one bit , if I want to see a shithole libtard city I can drive 60 miles south and get that fix in Austin , actually drove there yesterday to get some chickens from Calahans , first time I've been in Austin in a while Damm thats one fucked up town to get around in , hopefully I won't need to go back for a good while.

I went to New York City for the first time in spring 1987... buddy grew up in Montclair, NJ and convinced a couple of us to go to the city. We went to McSorley's for beer, which was cool. And to Famous Ray's Pizza in the Village where we watched a bunch of chicano gangbangers doing coke off the table. The pizza was good, but the fucking atmosphere was wild.

Got told 'not to look up' when we walked past the Empire State Building because apparently that made me look like a tourist. That was some good advice right there!

It could have got me tossed in the slammer, but I had a .357 magnum under my jacket. No fucking way I was going to be in that city without something serious. My buddy freaked out when I told him about it later. I had my hand on it when the beaners started doing coke off their table.... But NY Pizza is made to eat with one hand... so it was ok!

The place was a serious shithole. I mean a serious shithole. It was a shithole into the early 1990's when they got rid of Koch and Dinkins and all the rest of the commies and brought in Giuliani. Overnight it changed at an unbelieveable level! Overnight.

Cheers,

Sirhr
