Range Report Android Data Book + Evaluation

I'm looking for one (or a combination of several) apps on my android phone that
- allows me to store pictures of targets, ideally including comments (time, range, distance, ...)
- evaluation of the impacts (mean spread, max spread), ideally with the option to also provide measures to a defined target (distance between mean and target = x mil up, y mil right)
- store the results in something like a data book

any suggestions? ballistic ae (iphone only) seems to be able to do that, but i haven't found something similar yet for android. while i would store some of that data on paper anyway, at least the mean/max spread data would be nice to have automatically evaluated.
