Movie Theater Angel Has Fallen

actually looks pretty good
regualar action movie type thing
as long as nick nolte doesnt become a super sniper from vietnam ill be ok
he had the shakes, so there is no way hes picking people off with a rifle off hand at 400 yards etc
also add in, i hope that butler/angel doesnt get beaten and blown up so many times that its impossible for him to continue in 50% reality

Ive not been able to get behind these because of the premise being so close to a Vince Flynn series. Same with White House Down. Flynn said the possible payout wasn't worth the lawsuit attempt. His books are awesome if you've not read them. Much better than the movie "American Assassin" makes them out to be.

My 2cts for what little they’re worth...Good shoot ‘em up with a cheesy/whodunnit storyline but worth the cost of admission for what it is. That my local theater serves beer is an added bonus.

Pretty sure @Gunfighter14e2 is in it.

Girlfriend and I really enjoyed it! Having seen the previous two in the series, I was hopeful, but then pleasant surprised. Definitely some unexpected twists to keep it interesting, (and some you could see a mile out...), with some great humor to boot. The chemistry between Butler and Freeman and Butler and Nolte added depth to this "action" movie. Make sure you stay until the credits. :)

I love the wrongly accused and entire government gets it wrong. They could make a really depressing action series called, "Screwed by the Veterans Administration" or "Screwed by ICE" or maybe "Screwed by the IRS" or "Screwed by Medicare" when they subject a guy as old as Morgan Freeman to the fucking given the typical vet or just a regular taxpayer when dealing with a government agency.

The exciting part would be the fantasy carnage as played out in the mind of the vet who is being told that after 20 years in the military the assclown at the VA cannot find any record of him existing. Or same shit for anyone dealing with pretty much any agency.

Saw this yesterday. Thought it was pretty good. Didn’t know Nick Nolte was in it. He did a pretty good job of bringing a little comedy to it, but also showing how some families can be messed up. A ton of shootem up action, a good plot with some twists. Like most movies with a hero, they get shot at by a bazillion bullets and don’t get hit. Ok, that’s an exaggeration, it was only a couple million bullets with no dingers. Like some above had said, it is a better Vince Flynn movie, than the actual VF movie. I so miss Flynn’s writing. So overall, if you are in the mood for a good action shootem up, this one is pretty good.
