Annealeez parts or contact

Accidently/complacent caused the drive wheels internal on my annealeez to melt together.

I sent a message on the website but haven't heard back. Is there a public number to call? Or could somebody dm me a number? Or relay a message for me? I'm looking for the internal drive wheels.
