Kid with airsoft gun- never points it at cop throws it on the ground immediately upon contact puts his hands out and then is shot several times .
Poor officer must have been scared to death facing an unarmed kid on the side of the road .
He’s facing 1st degree murder- cause that what it is when you shoot a kid for NO reason
