Another match for the trainer

It's a Rock Creek, 40X contour at 26". I have a 16" also but I use this one almost exclusively. There are a couple reasons for me using the longer barrel, first it makes the rifle a fair bit more front heavy, making it closer in balance to my other rifles. Second, I feel the longer time the slow moving bullet is in the barrel will expose problems in my shooting in a more amplified manner. That's my thinking anyway.

like the color pattern

but more importantly, how does she shoot?

try out the 50yd tac target that is a sticky in the Rimfire section. very fun and challenging.

I also been practicing some 3 position. also fun.

post some targets!

Regards,
DT

Shoots pretty good. This is non weight sorted SK std+. One of the first groups this barrel had ever shot.

I'll have to print off a few of the targets and shoot and post them. I might actually be able to swing by my range in the next couple of weeks. I work 7 days a week from May til Oct and travel so it's hard to shoot in the summer for me.

My range is in the back yard! Ain't that some shit?! I'm just never home in the summer. She doesn't get neglected... Just well deserved rest from the months when I am home.
