Not a very in depth review on my part. I recieved my scope lastmonth and have put a few hundred rounds downrange with it and have shot one match with it.
Bottom Line: Scope is AWESOME, tracks flawlessly according to my dope, and has solid glass with a great reticle. We got damn near top score on a night stage thanks to our scopes and some solid shooting at our match (granted some guys didn't have illuminated reticles which would've sucked, but using a rough 2.2 mil holdover on a reflector to hit a target below it the scope made it relatively easy).
I have not nor do I plan on testing it for canted reticle, and if I get a gun vise I would like to verify click value. There has been zero objects within the scope to blur any of the sight picture.
With that said, I shot this scope last friday to test some new loads on my .280 AI. Found my best load to date and grouped a best .33 at 100 yds.
Went out on sunday with a buddy to a friend's house where he has steel setup at 500, 600, 700, and 1200 yds. The 1200 yd steel is across a nasty draw and the wind/thermals were screwing with us but my scoope/dope was dead on at all ranges.
I was able to put together very tight groups (under/around 1/2 MOA for elevation) on all steel plates and then dialed back down to 100 yds and shot a .43 MOA group that was back on target.
So there's my not very scientific review on this scope. I've shot a friends S&B and Razor HD and while the glass is better and track record is more proven (for the S&B, but we know the Razor is damn tough), I couldn't be more happy with my setup.
Up until sunday I was very pleased with the scope, but still hadn't verified my dope or click values with this rifle so whenever I'd miss I wasn't sure if it was my scope or if my loads weren't quite right or if it was operator error.
After shooting a match and then after this last sunday I'm confident that whatever misses I have are going to be 99% my fault (gotta have that 1% for a possible exuse!) and the PST is a badass scope!
