Anyway I’ve got a spare lower laying around and a stripped upper. We all know where this is going. Already have super light .223, accurate .223 and home defense.223 plus a replica mk12 because why not. Also have a 20” Grendel and bolt Grendel.

So I’ve been thinking why not a .300bo. Why a .300bo if I’m not going to spr the lower? Why not a 16” 6.8? Is there anything a 6.8 does that a 6.5 won’t do.

So say to 2-300 yards accurately (1-1.5moa). What should I build next? Most likely will run a 1-6x with 16” barrel. Looking also for cost effectiveness. Less than $1 per round.

If you like to blast the 300, if you want to hunt the 6.8. The 6.8 has more usable expanding hunting bullets than the 6.5 and is apx 100fps faster with the same weight bullet and barrel length.
