looking for any comments I think this would be the ultimate rifle in that the fortner action allows quick reload and the annie's are accurate as all hell!!!!

yes, buy one! or 2 if you can affort it.
10 years ago I was looking at one and they were $1800 new. Now they are about $4000 new. Wish I would have bought one then.
You also don't have to break your position to reload.
You may find a decent used one from the biathaloners.
