Your best bet would be to search on forums that are more Sig-specific. Even so, there is not a huge amount of firsthand info available on the 516s as yet, although it seems to be starting to trickle in.

You should be able to find some more info on AR15.com,look on the AR Piston Systems forum there.
SIGforum.com has a least one thread on their rifle forum as well.
I`m interested in that rifle as well, and so far I haven`t read anything negative about it.

I got to shoot one at IACP in Orlando,(only us and Sig put on demos at the Orlando Police Range and we let them shoot our stuff and we shot theirs).
Very similar to a Hk416, which I guess is cause the designer who did the 416 is now working for Sig.
I'm not a piston guy (and I used to have 14.5 and 10.4" Hk416's) if I was, I would like it and grab one.
Some ambidextrous features, and a rear receiver QD socket (which we just dumped this year). All in all a nice gun and I think it will do well with people who want a piston AR.
