Any issues with 6.5 CM (or 308) case in 700 LA with factory bolt face?

I'm spec'ing out a remage build. Odds are good I'll start with a 6.5 or 260, then a short 308 bareel, but there is also a very good chance I will want a 30-06 or 270 for a hunting rig. Is there any issue running the 308 and 6.5/260 with the factory 700 LA bolt face?

Bolt stroke is a bit longer but no issues just that annoyance.

Army M24 is chambered in 308 (7.62) and built on a long action. Badger makes bottom metal for it to use 308 mags in the long action but then you would not be able to run 06.

I built a switch barrel 700 with ptg bolts for laupa, mag and standard, worked fine but 90% of time I used the 300wm barrel.

I have been working on the same thing. I have totally given up on a DBM setup as a multi caliber rifle. Too much of a pain in the ass. If you want to leave it as a hinged floorplate then theres no problem there. but for whatever reason no one has developed a dbm that can accommodate la and sa mags using a spacer system or something. Badger quit making the dbm for a long action that use short action mags. I know because i emailed them about it and at that time it had been discontinued for a while.
