As per the title, anybody on here hunted (animals) on Foreign shores?

I do a lot of deer stalking here in the UK. Average around a hundred deer a year, mainly our Roe:

and Muntjac:

But i do shoot a fair few Fallow with a friend of mine, wild and also in parks to cull the numbers:

I also guide people in Norfolk England for Red, Roe and Muntjac deer, trophy and cull animals:

Also hunted in Australia for Kangaroo, feral pig, Dingo and once had to shoot an Emu that got caught in a fence. Plus i had a few run ins with Brown snakes and a pi$$ed off Taipan, but they all got the good news from either a 9mm or a .303

Lets see your pics folks!

Abroad? Yes a little bit.

European Fallow Deer.

A Black Back Jackal. A 375 H&H Magnum was my varmint rifle on that trip. It was turned into a full body mount which is my ONLY piece of taxidermy my wife allows, yea wants, in the living room.

A Klipspringer taken from about 180 yards with a 460 S&W Magnum whilst it was standing on a mountain top surveying the terrain.

A Vaal Rhebok.

Just so I don't seem like a handgun snob... Taken with a T/C Encore in 375 H&H Magnum from about 200 yards. But, I have also taken one with a handgun.

There are more...

Well I'm guessing you'll come through England on your way to Russia, why don't you stop for a day or two and try for a Roe and Muntjac?

Roe antlers are nice to look at. They're usually a 3x3 set up, but you tend to try and shoot out the poor heads to bring on the strong. This buck had a really nice head, but he was blind in his left eye and i saw him lose a couple of fights in the rut, so he'd lost his breeding potential. Time to get him on the wall before he declines said i!
