Hunting & Fishing Any OK/TX hunters going to CO for rifle elk?

I'm looking for some OK/TX hunters that are going to CO for one of the later rifle seasons. We had a trip palmier for mid September archery, but my buddy had to cancel due to some family issues. We were going up to Gunnison. I still have a week of vacation that I had set aside for this trip. I was thinking about going up for one of the later rifle seasons if I could possibly find a group of OK/TX guys that were going. I didn't draw any tags this year, I'd be getting a over the counter tag.

If anybody is going or wanting to go and wouldn't mind a extra tag-a-long let me know. Or if you all have more people than you have equipment/room for let me know. I have a full setup of gear including a outfitter wall tent and a stove. I have a small trailer, Polaris ranger, and a good F250 truck. Camping gear would be free if someone wanted to split the fuel costs up there with me.

I'm not new to the Rockies, I've been on 4 trips so far. Most were with my dad and other friends, but since he passed away in 2008, it's been hard getting people rounded up to go.

Heck, I just got back from southfork. Hunted in 80 took a couple buddies from Texas along with. Had a good time but the full moon And lots of snow kinda screwed up the hunting for us as we didn't have any luck.
