I've been looking and I can't find any. Is there some reason why there are no mrads on rimfire scopes? Are there any scope brands that make rimfire mildot scopes that can receive normal aftermarket mrad turrets?

Midways BSA 4-14 tactical will suit your purposes. Same with the SWFA SS scopes. All of them have 10Y parallax or less. They also have a large amount of turret travel, 100 to 125 moa. $250 to $699.

I use them on my PCP air rifles and rimfires.

I think you need to get the term 'rimfire scope' out of your head. I read your questions in your other thread, and I think a 'feature set' is what you need to look for. The SS 5-20 that you already have is the correct feature set, but may be more expensive than you are willing to commit to your rimfire rifle. It sounds like you need a scope with first focal plane mil reticle, and mil turrets to go along with it. Your SS 5-20 has these features, and it's a great scope. I'm sure everyone here has a favorite, but for the right features at reasonable cost, I like the Midway exclusive BSA 4-14x44 FFP mil/mil model. One other nice thing about it is that it will focus down to ten yards, which is a useful feature on a rimfire setup. It also has a 30mm tube, which will get you enough elevation to go past 250yds with a 22, if you're into that. It is a great tool for learning how to use mil/mil, and once you learn it, you'll never go back. I think you'll find it's a huge step up from the Nikon you're using now.

Sounds good, I already have a 5-20 SWFA but I want it to stay on my big gun when it's completed. I really like SWFA as a company and may just buy one of those lower powered scopes. I need to call and ask about the parallax on the scopes of interest.

Yeah that one looks real nice too. At midway it's like 150 dollars off, I don't think I have a choice now.
edit: Just ordered the scope, thanks.

I just traded to SWFA a SS 10X42 MILDOT for a 16 X 42 SS MRAD. Great scope! I am not worried about recoil or scope damage as this is on my rimfire. I don't think I'd put it on a centerfire, but other guys I shoot with have never had an issue with them on their centerfires. They are pretty tough scopes, and the idexing is spot on for the price...

Listen to Steve. I have seen him shoot and he knows what he is talking about. I have looked at all kinds of scopes from Mueller to BSA and Vortex.
The BSA FFP Midway special is about as good as it can be for the $$$. Steve coverted me. Can you spend more, sure, will it do more - depends on your distances and what you like to shoot. The BSA is good for a 2" steel target at 100 yards out of his annie. The rifle has to be able to do it, but the BSA will help. Ones going on my Ruger 10/22 heavy bl shortly.
